Restaurant Manager

Bare Grills is looking for a restaurant manager to join the team!

Since we opened in 2014, we have opened sites in Weston, Taunton & Bristol along with branching out into the world of outdoor catering and events. As an independent company, we pride ourselves on looking after our staff, and ensuring that their voices and needs are heard.

We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager who will work alongside our Kitchen Manager and will be the face of the business along with managing, mentoring, and training new and existing front of house staff.

You will be financial responsible for the restaurant, along with heading up the team and being their support. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

  • Staff rotas, including the forecasting and budgeting of the restaurant sales

  • Provide training to any new and existing staff

  • Assist in the recruitment of any staffing needs

  • Be financially responsible for the daily/weekly takings

  • Weekly liquor stocktakes and invoice management

  • Being pro-active in the growth of our sales

  • Ensuring that all our guests receive excellent food & service, every time

Ideally you will come from a similar role, however we are willing to offer training and support to someone in an Assistant or supervisory role who is looking to take the next step up.

A passion for delivering excellent customer service is a must, and a love of BBQ and smoked meats is always a bonus. Previous experience in a fast paced environment, and familiarity with delivery platforms (UberEats etc) is preferable.

A personal licence and valid driving licence is also desirable.
