Do you have parking?

None of our sites have dedicated parking areas, although there is plenty of street parking around, and a couple of NCPs nearby

Are you dog friendly?

Unfortunately not. We are quite small and open plan, and given it’s a smokehouse, the aroma of smoked meats in the air tends to drive dogs a bit crazy, so for that reason  we are not dog friendly

Do you have high-chairs?

We do, although we do not have an unlimited supply, so if you require a highchair, please make a note when booking your table as we cannot guarantee availability without any prior notice

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes we do, provided we have space, we will always do our best to fit you in. At busy times though, we always recommend booking a table, as we do fill up fast, and although you might see a few empty tables on a Saturday night, they are reserved for bookings.

Are you wheelchair friendly/do you have disabled access?

Our Weston & Taunton sites have ground floor levels, with toilets accessible, however, our Bristol site does have a small step to gain access. Although our Bath site is wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, our toilets are located on the 2nd floor, so as a result, we do not have disabled facilities available. Our Weston site does have an upstairs area, so if stairs are a problem, please let us know when booking a table.

I have allergies, can you accommodate?

We can cater for a variety of allergies, and have all of our allergens present in our dishes listed on the website. If any of it is unclear, please give us a call and we can talk you through it. With any allergies, we politely request you let us know at the time of ordering so we can advise.

Do you take large bookings?

We do. We are unable to take bookings of more than 6 through our reservation system, but if you ring the site direct, they will be able to advise on availability for your party. Please note a £5 per person deposit is required for all bookings of 7+, which is redeemable against your bill on the evening. Please note, failure to inform us of a drop in numbers with adequate notice may result in your deposit not being fully refunded. In addition, an optional 10% service charge will be added to all tables of 8 or more.

Can we all have separate cheques?

We do not have the facilities to offer up separate cheques for your table. We can produce an itemised bill at the end for your table, and take separate payments, however you as a table will need to work out and decide who pays for what.

If I tip, does it go to the staff?

100% of our tips are shared out equally amongst all of our staff, from bar and waiting staff, to the chefs and dishwashers. PLEASE NOTE, ALL OF OUR BILLS COME WITH AN OPTIONAL 10% SERVICE CHARGE ADDED. IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY TO PAY THIS, PLEASE LET US KNOW AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT, AS THIS UNFORTUNATEL CANNOT BE RECTIFIED AT A LATER DATE.

Its my birthday, can you do anything special?

We do not offer any decorations, or birthday cakes etc, however if you have a booking that is a celebration, you are welcome to bring balloons or banners with you. Due to the volume of bookings at busy times, it will not be possible however to come early and decorate your table, as chances are the person sat there before you isn’t celebrating their birthday and may not want balloons at the table.

We also request you do not bring any confetti type table decorations with you, as these are not permitted.

Can I request a specific table?

Unfortunately, given everything going on in the world, we are not able to accommodate requests for specific tables. We will do our best to accommodate them, but we cannot guarantee it. The food tastes just as good on all the tables!

Do you sell gift cards?

We do. Availability is limited, so your best bet is to call the restaurant you would like to purchase from, and they will be able to inform you of what they currently have in stock.

Is any of your meat halal?

Unfortunately, it is not. All of our meat is smoked in a shared smoker which means any halal meat would be deemed non-halal once it comes out.
