This role is a mixture of Kitchen Portering and Kitchen Assistant. In addition to maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, there will be an emphasis on food preparation. As everything we do is smoked on site, full training will be given, however a passion for BBQ/smoking would be a bonus.
Your roles and responsibilities would be as follows:
Ensure the kitchen is maintained to the highest level and always clean, tidy and safe

Assist with the receipt and rotation of food deliveries

Assisting with general cleaning duties

Assisting with the preparation and cooking of food, from pressing burgers, to seasoning and smoking ribs and chicken

Washing up trays, cutlery, pots, pans and utensils
As mentioned, full training on the procedures involved in producing great BBQ will be taught, and the opportunity for progression is always there for the right people.
