Bare Grills are now looking for a highly motivated team member to join the team at our Weston Super Mare Smokehouse.

We are looking for an amazing front of house customer-focused, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual's to front our smokehouse.

The Role:
This role will be varied; however, the main duties will include being the first point of call to our customers, you will be confident taking orders and processing through the till system you will ensure the smooth running of clear communication from the customer to the kitchen. You will work well under pressure and flourish in a fast-past working environment, previous experience within a customer-focused role is essential. You will have a heads-up approach and will ensure the restaurant is always clean and tidy, and that the customer always receives the best service possible.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the hospitality industry.

• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.

• Fluent in English.

• Comply with food and beverage legislation.

• Confident in cash handling and taking card payments.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Able to prepare alcohol & non-alcoholic beverages

• Organised and a quick learner.

• Able to problem solve and work well under pressure within a faced paced environment.

• Be able to take orders and deliver food and drink.

• Able to interact with all customers and assess customer’s needs, preferences and make recommendations.

• Strong communication skills, able to take telephone bookings.

• Competent with cash handling

• Fun and bubbly personality

• Weekend and evenings working hours will be essential

• Passionate about great food and service
