Allergens

Please note, the following only applies to the limited menu that we are offering for a collection and takeaway service only. When our restaurants re-open on July 4th, the menu, items and allergens are expected to change.

Below is a visual allergen guide to our menu. Each of the allergens present in each of the dish is represented by a different colour coded label.

While this is a comprehensive list of the allergens present, it is always best to speak to a member of staff regarding your allergies, as some dishes can be prepared without specific ingredients.

For example, our BBQ sauce contains gluten from the malt vinegar found in Worcestershire sauce. This may only be trace amounts, but for some, this may be enough to trigger a reaction. Certain dishes (brisket for example) can be produced without using BBQ sauce, thus rendering it gluten free.

So above all, should you have any specific enquiries, please give the restaurant you wish to order from a call should you have any specific allergy requests. We may not be able to fulfil them all, but we will try our best
